Energy metering & billing
Certified meters per subscriber, automatic readings, generation-versus-billed reconciliation and bypass alerts for generator operators.
Telemetrica connects meters, generators and remote sites to one platform, so operators know what they produce, what they bill, and where the difference goes. No internet needed at the building.

We start with electricity, where the losses are largest. The same radio network and platform then carry fuel, water and temperature data, so each new service adds sensors, not infrastructure.
Certified meters per subscriber, automatic readings, generation-versus-billed reconciliation and bypass alerts for generator operators.
Diesel level in generator tanks, consumption per hour of runtime, and alerts on sudden drops or refills that don't add up.
Tank levels for buildings and pumps, plus smart water meters on the same LoRaWAN network as the electricity meters.
Fridges, freezers and cold rooms for food and pharmacy businesses, with alerts before stock is lost during an outage.
Private generators power most Lebanese homes for most of the day. Billing still runs on estimates, manual meter reading and trust. Telemetrica replaces that with certified measurement that the operator and the subscriber can both see.
Built on open standards, so operators are never locked into one hardware vendor. Buildings need power, not internet: the radio link carries the data across the neighbourhood.
A certified meter on each subscriber line, wired on a short local bus inside the building.
MID meters · Modbus RS485
One radio node per building sends all its meters over long-range, low-power radio. No SIM cards, no Wi-Fi.
LoRaWAN · 868 MHz
Gateways on rooftops receive the readings and pass them to our platform, hosted locally.

Dashboards, bills, loss reports and alerts for the operator, and a usage view for each subscriber.

Telemetrica was founded by Alain Kazan, a computer engineer with two decades in telecom revenue assurance and counter-fraud systems. That work is about one question: is every unit delivered also measured and billed? Lebanon's private power networks face the same question every month.
We design and run the full chain ourselves, from meter wiring to the platform, and we test it in our own pilot network before it reaches a customer.
We're onboarding a small number of operators for our pilot. Send us a message with your area and roughly how many subscribers you serve.
